1123.45 DWELLING, ROW HOUSE OR TOWN HOUSE.
   “Row house dwelling” or “town house dwelling” means a building designed for or occupied by three or more families, living independently of each other, in units arranged in a row having party walls in common, with one family living on either side of a party wall, and each unit having at least two separate outside entrances, and no entrance to a common hallway.
