1123.38 DISTRICT.

“District” means a portion of the territory of the City within which certain uniform regulations and requirements or various combinations thereof apply under the provisions of this Zoning Code. The term “R-District” means any Residence District; the term “B-District”, means any Business District; and the term “M-District” means any Municipal District.
