   1105.01 APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT; BLUEPRINTS.
   Six blueprints prepared by a registered professional engineer or surveyor shall
accompany an application in writing to the Planning Commission for the approval of the
preliminary plat of the subdivision.
