923.04 FRANCHISE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any Person to construct, install or operate a Cable Television System in the City within any Street without a properly granted Franchise awarded pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2000-073. Passed 5-16-00.)
