922.01 ADOPTION OF FCC RATE REGULATION RULES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS; COMMENT AT PUBLIC HEARINGS OR MEETINGS.

   There is hereby adopted for enforcement by the City the Federal Communications Commission Rate Regulation Rules as amended on August 27, 1993 and the Customer Service Rules as amended on April 7, 1993 pursuant to the Communications Act, or the most current amendments thereof, including all additions, deletions and amendments made subsequent hereto. Any interested party may comment on these rules and procedures at any public hearing or meeting called to supplement or amend said rules for customer service and basic rate regulation.
