920.30 TREATMENT OF NON-HAZARDOUS POLLUTED WATER AT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT.

   Upon approval of the Director of Water Reclamation, non-hazardous polluted water may be accepted for treatment from inside or outside City sources at the Wastewater Treatment Plant up to capacity, subject to the terms of this chapter and the Bedford Heights Pretreatment Program and provided that no EPA regulation is thereby violated. Council shall set the fee for such treatment, which fee may be adjusted in relation to the cost of treatment.
