920.27 AMENDMENTS.

The City reserves the right to amend this chapter and the terms and conditions hereof in order to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Dischargers shall be informed of any proposed changes in this chapter at least thirty days prior to the effective date of the change. Any changes or new conditions in this chapter shall include a reasonable time schedule for compliance.
