919.26 STORM SEWERS; ADMISSIONS AND CONSENT.

Storm water, surface drainage, subsurface drainage, ground water, roof runoff, cooling water or unpolluted water may be admitted to storm sewers which have adequate capacity for their accommodation. No person shall use such sewers without first having obtained the consent of the Approving Authority.
