919.23 WASTE SAMPLING.

(a) Industrial wastes discharged into the public sewers shall be subject to periodic inspection and a determination of character and concentration of such wastes. The determinations shall be made in the manner and as often as may be deemed necessary by the Approving Authority.

(b) Sampling shall be collected by the Approving Authority in such manner as to be representative of the composition of the wastes. Access to sampling locations shall be granted to the Approving Authority or its duly authorized representatives at all reasonable times.
