919.18 DATA AND REPORT OF WASTE CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED.

(a) Within one month after passage of this chapter each person who discharges industrial wastes to a public sewer shall prepare and file with the Approving Authority a report that shall include pertinent data relating to the quantity and characteristics of the waste discharge to the sewage disposal works.

(b) Similarly, each person desiring to make a new connection to a public sewer for the purpose of discharging industrial wastes shall prepare and file with the Approving Authority a report that shall include actual or predicted data relating to the quantity and characteristics of the waste to be discharged. Such report shall be filed prior to making any connection to the public sewer.
