919.175 HOMESTEAD WASTEWATER RATE.

   (a)    There is hereby established a Homestead Wastewater Rate.

   (b)    The Homestead Wastewater Rate is applicable to residential users only, including residential users outside Bedford Heights being serviced through an intercommunity agreement, including the Villages of Oakwood and Glenwillow and the Cities Solon and Warrensville Heights.

   (c)    To qualify for the Homestead Wastewater Rate, an applicant must meet the following conditions:

      (1)    Applicant must be the deeded owner of residential property and must be a customer of the Bedford Heights wastewater system.

      (2)    Applicant's income must meet Cleveland Division of Water’s current guidelines.

      (3)    Applicant must live in the property for which applicant wants to receive a Homestead Wastewater Rate.

      (4)    Applicant's property cannot have more than four units.

      (5)    The service name on the account must either be the applicant's name or name of applicant's spouse.

   (d)    An applicant for the Homestead Wastewater Rate shall complete and sign an application in such form as prescribed by the Division of Water, Department of Public Utilities, City of Cleveland.
