919.08 REMEDY OF CITY FOR NONPAYMENT.

Each sewer charge levied pursuant to this chapter is hereby made a lien upon the premises charged therewith and if the same is not paid within ninety days after it is due and payable, it shall be certified to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County who shall place the same on the tax duplicate, with interest and penalties allowed by law to be collected as other municipal taxes are collected. This section shall be in addition to all other remedies provided by law.
