918.03 APPROVAL REQUIRED TO DISCHARGE CERTAIN WASTES.

   Review and acceptance of the Approving Authority shall be obtained prior to the discharge into the public sewers of any waters or wastes having:

   (a)    A five-day twenty degree centigrade biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) greater than 200 ppm;

   (b)    A suspended solids content greater than 250 ppm;

   (c)    An ether-soluble matter, oil and grease, content greater than 100 ppm; or

   (d)    A chlorine requirement greater than fifty ppm.
