917.04 TWO SEWER SYSTEMS.

(a) Storm Sewer System. This system takes storm water (unpolluted water) from the community through appropriate outlets into the public waters of the State.

(b) Sanitary Sewer System. This system carries polluted wastewater to the Bedford Heights Wastewater Treatment Plant where it is processed using modern technological methods to meet State and Federal standards for quality as effluent from the Bedford Heights Wastewater Treatment Plant.
