909.20 CREATION OF TREE BOARD.

There is hereby created and established within the City a Tree Board to consist of five members, each of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the confirmation of Council and shall serve a term of two years. Such members of the Tree Board shall serve without compensation.
