903.07 REPAIRS; WITHHOLDING DEPOSIT.

No portion of any deposit required herein shall be refunded until the Department of Public Service and/or City Engineer have inspected the site of the excavation or other opening and are satisfied that all work required hereunder has been properly done and all damage repaired satisfactorily. If any repairs that may be required are not completed satisfactorily within five days of receipt of notice from the Department of Public Service, such Department of Public Service may cause such work to be done and charge the expense thereof to the deposit provided for herein.
