903.06 BARRICADES AND LIGHTS.

   In the event any such excavation or opening is at any time not properly barricaded and lighted, the Division of Police or the Public Service Department may cause such barricades and lighting to be placed and any expense in connection therewith, for time, labor and materials used in placing such barricades and lights, shall be charged to the deposit thereby reimbursing the City.
