901.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense; a misdemeanor of the second degree for a second offense; and a misdemeanor of the third degree for a third or any subsequent offense. Each day during which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
