901.09 ENFORCEMENT.

Upon the failure of any person to comply with the orders of an inspector respecting any work or activity, or to comply with the applicable ordinances, Codes, plans, details, standards or specifications, the Municipality, by its inspector, Engineer or the Division of Police, shall stop all work or activity until full compliance is had. In addition to such work stoppage the Municipality may, by its Engineer, suspend or revoke any and all permits granted for such work or activity and may require new permits or licenses to be secured thereafter.
