901.07 NOTICE REQUIRED.

   No person shall commence any work or activity within this Municipality until such person has notified the Municipality, in writing, of his intention to commence such work at least five days prior to the commencement of the work or activity and shall certify that the necessary deposit has been made with the Clerk of Council. In the event that any work or activity is interrupted or halted, the Municipality shall be given the same notice concerning the resumption of work, as far as possible, so that arrangements may be made for the continuation of inspection service, as required hereby. The notice required by this section shall be given to the Engineer.
