753.03 EQUIPMENT OPERATION HOURS.

   No private cemetery shall authorize or engage in or perform any work of excavation, bulldozing or grading any land upon the cemetery between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., including the use of heavy equipment for the excavation of grave sites or the removal of earth from grave sites to other parts of the cemetery property.
