753.02 SCREENING.

   From and after the effective date of this section, where any cemetery lot is situated within fifty feet from any property presently in use or zoned residential within the municipality, screening, consisting of eight-foot tall evergreens sixteen feet apart, and fencing, consisting of a six-foot high chain link fence filled with green opaque privacy slabs, shall be established and maintained on any cemetery lot line abutting such property.
