753.01 PROXIMITY OF BURIAL LOTS TO DWELLINGS.

From and after the effective date of this section, the interment of bodies in any private cemetery shall not be located within 10 feet of any residential property upon which there exists a dwelling house without the specific written consent of the owner of such dwelling house.
