751.01 COMPLIANCE WITH PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS.

Effective from and after January 1, 1994, to qualify for tax abatement under the Bedford Heights Enterprise Zone, any person, firm or corporation shall agree to, and shall fully comply with, the prevailing wage provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 4115 applicable to public projects.
