749.99 PENALTY.

Whoever is convicted in the Municipal Court of violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty has otherwise been provided, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense. Conviction for a second or subsequent offense shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree. (Ord. 91-50. Passed 4-16-91.)
