747.01 REQUIREMENTS.
No person shall hold any gathering, meeting, party, dinner, dance or other engagement at which more than 150 people are invited or at which more than seventy-five people are invited and alcoholic beverages will be served or consumed at any party center, dance hall or community room without hiring one or more off-duty police officers of the City to be present during the hours specified for such engagement to preserve order thereat and to direct the flow of traffic thereat.
