743.02 PERMIT TO REMOVE OUTSIDE CITY.

Anyone wishing to remove earth from any property within the City to a point located outside the City, shall first receive a permit therefor from the Director of Public Service and Properties, or his designated agent. There shall be no charge made for such permit.
