737.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each separate sale or delivery shall constitute a separate offense. If the defendant is operating under licenses or permits granted under these Codified Ordinances, then, in addition to the fines herein provided, he shall have his licenses either temporarily or permanently revoked.
