729.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day during which the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to the aforesaid penalty, the Mayor is authorized to revoke the license or licenses held by any person who has been convicted for a violation of this chapter.
