724.03 APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE.

Licenses shall be issued by the Safety Director or a person acting and authorized to act on his behalf upon the applicant's complying with the following provisions:

(a) Giving his name and permanent address.

(b) Giving a description of the property to be sold and an estimate of its sale value.

(d) Giving the name and address of all persons who will be associated or engaged in such public sale.

(e) Giving the name and address of the party for whom the sale is being held.
