717.10 DEPOSIT.

Any person applying for a permit as herein required shall deposit with the City the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and, upon the conclusion of the seasonal sales shall receive a refund of forty dollars ($40.00), provided that all requirements of this chapter have been complied with.
