717.08 CLEARANCE OF LOTS.

Any lot or parcel of land upon which Christmas trees and kindred items are sold, displayed or stored in conformity with the requirements of this chapter shall be cleared of all items for sale, as well as lights, signs and temporary shelters, on or before December 31 of each year.
