715.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

   (a)   No person shall engage in or carry on the business of operating and conducting a bowling alley without first obtaining from the Mayor a license for that purpose and paying a license fee as follows:

   (b)   For the term commencing on the date of the issuance of the license and ending on December 31 of the year in which the license is issued, thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for one alley used in any bowling alley and ten dollars ($10.00) for each additional bowling alley.
