713.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. No person found guilty of violating this chapter shall be granted a license to operate a billiard room or pool room within one year after such conviction and the Mayor shall revoke any license theretofore issued to such person.
