541.08 PAINTING OR MARKING OF PUBLIC PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall mark with paint or other permanent marker any street, curb, or other public property in any manner. This section shall specifically prohibit the marking of curbs with signs or house numbers.

(b) This section shall not apply to the painting of house numbers on curbs by the City.
