503.02 REAL ESTATE SIGNS.

   (a)    No person shall place or cause to be placed upon any unimproved property within the City any sign offering such premises for sale or lease for any use or purpose except that which is permitted by the Zoning Code at the time such sign or notice is placed.

   (b)    Any sign described herein shall contain upon its face, in letters equal in size to the others upon such sign, the purpose or use for which such property being offered is zoned. (Ord. 61-38. Passed 5-2-61.)

   (c)    Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
