351.15 PARKING DURING EMERGENCIES.
(a) Whenever the Director of Public Safety declares an emergency to exist, by reason of a heavy accumulation of snow or other cause, parking of any vehicle, except for immediate loading or unloading of passengers, shall be prohibited during the duration of such emergency on all streets within the City. Such ban shall commence one hour after the first announcement by radio or television that such emergency has been declared.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
