343.02 APPLICATION; FEE; DECAL; EFFECTIVE PERIOD.

   Prior to the issuance of each permit, the applicant shall furnish the make, model and serial number of the vehicles to be used and the name, address and telephone number of the owner and/or operators employed. Each applicant shall pay the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for such snow removal permit, which shall entitle the applicant to one City snow removal permit decal. Additional decals shall be purchased at the cost of five dollars ($5.00) per decal. A snow removal permit decal shall be required for each snow removal vehicle or machine other than hand- pushed snow blowers used by the applicant in the City. Permits and accompanying decals shall be effective for the period from October 15 to April 15 of each year.
