343.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; DISPLAY OF DECAL.

No person, firm or corporation shall remove snow for compensation, from private driveways in the City by means of snow removal vehicles or machines other than hand-pushed snow blowers without first securing a permit from the Clerk of Courts for such purpose and without displaying on snow removal vehicles or machines used for such snow removal a current City snow removal permit decal in plain view.
