179.06 CERTIFICATION TO BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES.

The City Finance Director and the Clerk of Council are authorized and directed to complete any and all documents necessary to ensure that this chapter is certified to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles on or before January 1, 1996.
