161.01 PERSONNEL.

There are hereby established in the Mayor's Court Division the following positions to be appointed by the Mayor, to receive such compensation as Council may from time to time provide:

(a) Clerk of the Mayor's Court.

(b) Assistant to the Clerk of the Mayor's Court.
