157.41 JURY DUTY; FULL-TIME AND PERMANENT PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.

   All full-time and permanent part-time employees, while serving upon a jury in any court of record, shall be paid at their regular salary rate for each of their scheduled work days during the period of time so served, provided that the jury duty fees paid to the employee by the court shall be returned to the City.
