157.30 MEDICAL RECORDS.
   All information received as a result of any physical and/or psychological examination or inquiry shall be kept as a confidential medical record and put into separate files to be given out only under the following conditions:
   (a)   To inform supervisors regarding necessary restrictions on the work or duties of the employee and necessary accommodations;
   (b)   To inform first aid and safety personnel, when appropriate, if any disability might require emergency treatment;
   (c)   Relevant information to government officials investigating compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upon request.
