157.23 EMPLOYEE LIFE INSURANCE.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in the Codified Ordinances, the City shall arrange for the provision of a twenty thousand dollar ($20,000) face value life insurance policy for 2002-2003 for each full-time employee of the City, except for any full-time employee covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
