§ 53.09 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FUND.

The funds received from the collection of the charges authorized by this chapter shall be deposited into an authority storm water management system fund, a fund dedicated to the operation, administration, maintenance, repair and improvement of the storm water management system.
