§ 53.06 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The authority shall adopt, by resolution, rules and regulations governing the stormwater management system. Said rules and regulations shall include right of inspection, rules relative to connection, maintenance and repair, billing, payments and penalties.
