The borough does hereby adopt the following schedule of attorney fees to be assessed by in the connection with the collection of delinquent municipal claims.
(A) Collection letter by Solicitor. Attorney fees at the solicitor’s hourly rate as approved by the borough.
(B) Filing of borough lien claim. Attorney fees at the Solicitor’s hourly rate as approved by the borough, plus filing fees, notary fees, and any associated costs and expenses.
(C) Other collection services, including negotiation of settlement agreements, enforcement of borough liens, commencement and prosecution of civil actions to collect delinquent municipal claims, or other legal work performed to collect delinquent municipal claims due to the borough. Attorney fees at the Solicitor’s hourly rate as approved by the borough, plus filing fees, photocopy costs, fax costs, and any other associated costs and expenses.
