(A) The defined terms set forth in § 1 of the Municipal Claims Act, 53 Pa.C.S. § 7101, are incorporated hereby by reference.
(B) The term DELINQUENT MUNICIPAL CLAIM shall mean any borough claim that remains unpaid 30 calendar days after notice of the assessment or imposition of the borough claim is served on the owner. Service shall be deemed made on the date notice is deposited in the United States mail.
