§ 32.051 ANNUAL APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT AUDITOR.
   The independent auditor shall be appointed by resolution of Borough Council before the close of the fiscal year to make an independent examination of the accounting records of the borough for such fiscal year in accordance with § 32.069.
