§ 154.101 CONFLICT WITH OTHER LAWS.

(A) Should any provision set forth in this subchapter be found to conflict with any law of the United States or of the state, such federal and/or state laws shall govern and this subchapter shall be construed accordingly.

(B) Such conflict shall not affect the validity of the subchapter.
